We will send periodic e-mails reminders with instructions to make it easy. In an effort to help the environment, we have instituted an online updating system that we hope service providers will find quick and user-friendly. Instructions on how to add your organization and submit updates online can be found in the options below.
Review the service provider options below and click an option for your next step. Note: 211 aims for a 72 hour turn-around time in processing your request. However, this time frame may be extended if we experience a large increase in the number of organizations that have submitted requests. As a reminder, our 211/HELPLINK Community Services Database includes organizations in the following counties: Napa, Marin, San Francisco, Santa Cruz and Solano as well as some state or national programs where appropriate.
